And if you have the winter blues, try 8 drops Orange and 2 drops Ylang ylang, diluted in a carrier oil to use for massages.*

Lavender will help heal your dry, cracked, winter skin. Maybe you’re having trouble sleeping, too? Then rub Lavender oil on the bottoms of your feet!*
