Data Collection: We contact information such as name, address, telephone and email after purchases have been made with us.  We do not collect credit card information as this is securely managed by a third party, Authorize.Net. We hold this information privately and do not share or sell it with other parties.

Email: We will use your e-mail address only when we are confirming your order, or if you have signed up for our promotions.  We do not make our email list or mailing list available to other companies.  You can unsubscribe to our email marketing with one unsubscribe click at the bottom of the messages via Constant Contact.

Quality Policy & Statement

Our mission is to provide therapeutic aromatherapy for body, mind and spirit. Sometimes an essential oil will smell different from lot to lot depending upon the last batch distillation harvest.  Seasonal growing conditions, weather patterns, harvest times can impact a plant and its essential oil.  This is similar to grape crops and how wines can vary from the same vineyard from year to year. If a product does not meet your expectations, please let us know within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Shelf Life and Storage Guidelines

Exact shelf life varies depending on storage conditions.  It is recommended that all essential oils are stored in a dark, closed, cool place and remain in amber glass.

Following are guidelines which are understood in the essential oil industry. Many essential oils will be stable from 3-8 years except for citrus oils which are stable for one to two years.  Some oils actually improve with age such as patchouli, sandalwood, vetiver, myrrh, frankincense, spikenard and rose. If an essential oil begins to appear cloudy, thicker, or if it smells more acidic, it has likely begun to oxidize and should be replaced.

Return Policies

You have 30 days from the date of shipment to return your purchase for a full refund. 

Return Instructions

Please send the item for which you would like a refund to the address below.  Please include your contact information as well as your original order number or order date. Refunds will be issued within 7-10 days of receipt of merchandise.  Bio Source Naturals cannot be responsible for returned merchandise that is not received.  Customers may want to send returns by a traceable means of shipment.
