DIY Massage Treatments

Use 2 to 3 drops of any oil below with a teaspoon of carrier oil.  Apply twice a day, in the evening and first thing in the morning for 5 to 7 minutes. Massage should be clockwise. Start at the lower right part of the lower abdomen, up the ascending colon, across the transverse colon and down the descending colon ending at the top of the pubis.

  • Black pepper essential oil – Stimulates circulation, atonic muscles. Balances digestive functions, benefiting constipation, sluggish bowels, diarrhea and flatulence.*
  • Cinnamon leaf essential oil -Stimulates muscles and circulation.  Best for constipation due to debility, nervous exhaustion and stress-related conditions.*

  • Sweet marjoram essential oil – A laxative and can benefit constipation, colic, and flatulence.  Also a sedative and can reduce anxiety, tension, and panic.*
  • Rosemary essential oil – Stimulates circulation and helps debility and nervous exhaustion.*
