Essential Oils for High Blood Pressure

High blood pressure or hypertension is a condition in which the diameter of the blood vessels all over the body is made smaller by contraction of the muscles in the walls of these vessels. This condition can make our blood pressure elevated.  You are considered to have high blood pressure, when systolic pressure (the top number) is 140 or higher or the diastolic pressure (bottom number) is 90 or higher. Whenever your blood pressure readings start to creep upward, the urge is to take measures to control it.

How to Use Essential Oils for High Blood Pressure 

Use the above essential oils to massage;  use 1 drop each in 2 teaspoons sweet almond oil. Put it in a diffuser or enjoy your bath with those oils. Use 2 drops of each oil. Mix 3 drops each of Lavender, Marjoram & Ylang Ylang.  Dilute with sweet almond oil. Apply to the soles of both feet.
