How & Why Were the Body-Mind Remedy Lotions Created?
Bio Source Naturals is founded by a Doctor of Naturopathy (Natural Health) who also has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. Lezlie
Cebulski, ND is passionate about the natural treatment of emotional issues and the body-mind connection. In her alternative medicine practice,
she combines the physical application of essential oils, gem elixirs and Bach flower essences on the body which corresponds to chakras and energy
meridians with Emotional Freedom Technique- EFT. As she began to make lotions for clients to apply on energy centers of their bodies, she saw incredible
emotional and spiritual growth in her clients. Over weeks and months, she saw dramatic changes in her clients--how free and happy they felt. She also saw
how much more effective the Emotional Freedom Technique sessions were when they used the lotion prior to treatment. Incorporating flower essences
into body products along with gem elixirs and therapeutic essential oils created a unique synergy which releases stagnant
physical and emotional energy.
She then saw a change in a client which made her decide to bring the body-mind remedy lotions to the public. Dr. Lezlie
says, "I had a 91 year old client who came to me about a half dozen times. She drove herself to my office. She was in
amazing shape physically and mentally and very sharp. She came to me to let go of horrible memories of life in 1930's
Alabama as an African American orphan at age 12. She had a really hard life and suffered much at the hands of others.
She came to me to energetically release the sting of those memories. After she told me some horrific memories, I did
some Meridian Tapping on her. While it helped, I wanted to enhance the emotional release as these were decade's old
emotional memories and patterns. Through muscle testing, I could see that the energy in her neck was blocked and knew
she had been on medication for hypothyroidism for years.
I made her a lotion for her which is now the basis of the Stress Relief remedy, to apply to her neck and shoulders. A few
weeks later, she came in beaming that, 'I am so proud of you and your lotion. I put it on my neck, and I feel like I can stand
up and speak for myself for the first time in my life! I only wish I had met you years earlier and so much time had not been
wasted feeling like I couldn't speak up to others and stand up for myself.'
Since then, I have seen so many people feel more peaceful, trusting, and fearless with my remedy lotions in my practice,
but this dear, 91 year old lady made a huge impression on me. I thought if it can help change the emotional patterns of a
woman her age, it can likely help anyone!"
Dr. Lezlie believes that the even flow of emotional energy throughout the body brings emotional health and promotes physical wellness. The application of
flower essences, essential oils, gem elixirs, color therapy sound therapy, Meridian Tapping and holistic counseling brings emotional balance. Many times,
unexpected bonuses occur. Clients experience physical healings as well as emotional: no more acid reflux, no more pain in the shoulder, pain in the legs and
feet were gone, etc. As energy meridians flow qi which is both physical and emotional an emotional conflict can manifest physically. If the physical symptoms
